How do scents work?
There are 25 scents to choose from, selected before purchase. You get 1 scent per 100 units, so a 500-unit order can split across up to 5 scents.
Is shipping really free? What about tariffs?
Free worldwide shipping on every order. If you're ever billed a tariff or duty charge, pay it, send a photo of the receipt to info@codymcconnell-promo.com, and it's reimbursed in full.
What if I don't like the design?
Your digital mock-up arrives by email within 24 hours of purchase, and revisions are free until you're completely satisfied. Nothing prints without your approval.
How long does the scent last?
Honest answer: these are promotional products first, so the fragrance may not last as long as non-customized air freshener brands. Each unit ships individually sealed to keep it fresh until opened — and your logo keeps working long after the scent fades.
