Return and Refund Policy

Due to the customization of these products, we currently can not offer returns/refunds as each individual order is customized to a specific client.

If there is a defect with the product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product. - Please note, the customer is responsible to ensure everything is correct with the design on either the Approval Email or Digital Mock-up they placed an order through.

If you are unsatisfied with the size of the promotional merchandise you received (although this isn’t refundable), please let us know your concern and we will take this into consideration for future production of our products. 


**Once an item is in production (after you approved the design), you can no longer request a refund as we have paid all costs to produce your product. You can gladly ask for revisions or a refund before approving the design.**
