I still don't have my order (paid for on August 25 - it is now October 10).
I understand that it's stuck with Canada Post but the order should have been complete well in advance of the strike, and/or use a different method of shipping given the situation with Canada Post.
The lack of customer service has also been frustrating. We will not be using this company for future orders for our Association.
